During your stay
Please save water!
Don't fill up tanks.
We truck all our water in & are in drought conditions.
Showers ($1 coins)
We truck our water in. To limit excess water our showers take $1 coins for 5min.
Add 1 coin at time, Turn on hot, wait 30-60 seconds, Add cold water to suit.
Coins are available from staff during office and lounge hours.
FIRES & Firewood
All firewood and pits need to be ordered by 4pm.
FOLLOW OUR FIRE RULES
DO NOT put ash on ground
Extinguish with water before sleep or leaving.
Use silver ash bins provided
Failure to follow rules you will be required to leave immediately.
Fire bas imposed at short notice.
Dump Point
We're off-grid and our septic system is very sensitive. The wrong paper or chemicals can destroy our system. Due to environmental EPA licenses and because we can't control the chemicals and paper/wipes that guests use we're currently unable to have a dump point. The closest spot is 2 min away at the picnic spot here:

Please note, we are limited to regional broadband internet (no fibre or cable). Our internet strength is affected during poor weather or on busy weekends with lots of connections. If you require strong internet please BYO device.
Water Usage
We're in drought and we're trucking in every single drop you use as significant cost.
Please be water conscious.
Keep showers short.
Don't fill up your water tanks.
Check all hose and tap connections.
Leakages will incur a fee.
No washing cars or vans.
If you need to fill tanks, a water fill station is just up the road at MacKenzie St.
Office Hours & Ai
With significant rising operating costs we've made the choice to cut admin time and automate to avoid putting prices up.
We save on office hours to provide more staff time in other areas and better perks:
Later 11am checkouts, late arrivals, extra bath haus hours and onsite tasting lounge!
Our Ai receptionist is the most experienced and knowledgable staff member at our park. Ask any questions, submit any requests. She will notify the right staff member whenever needed in a hurry. Just talk to her like a normal person!
We only guarantee staffed office hours during cafe hours to minimise wasted admin time.
