What is it?
Apple and Grape festival only happens every 2 years and is Stanthorpe's largest event.

It celebrates our local tourism operators, 50+ wineries, exceptional farmers and local food producers.

The town is at capacity, accommodation booked out across the region and the locals have worked for 2 years to put on a huge week of activities, food, entertainment to celebrate our local farmers, growers and producers.

What's On

Enjoy grape crushing, street parade, food and wine pavilion (ticketed), paint and sips, fireworks and more.

This is also our families first Apple and Grape festival too!

Our staff who are locals tell us the town will be buzzing from tonight until Sunday afternoon.

This is a great opportunity to visit some of the best wineries in one place in the Food Fiesta area too. Many of the smaller exceptional producers have a marquee offering tastings and the bigger names will have their cellar doors open and also a marque in town.

Saturday day the whole street in town will shut for markets, and 2pm is the main street parade, followed by food and fireworks.

Our changes

We'll be fully packed this weekend so please be considerate and respectful of your neighbours and the increased traffic around the park (particularly for children on bikes)

Most of our guest, after the conversations we've had already, will be attending the festival. Some having come from far interstate to attend.

For this reason we'll be making a few changes to our usual schedule to ensure we have staff when we need it most, and also don't sit empty in the cafe paying staff when it's not economical to do so.

This allows our team of locals to stagger their own time to visit and in some cases perform in the festival too.

To ensure a speedy setup for all our guest arriving today we're closing reception and doing express check isn. Checkin from 12pm for sites (NO EARLIER) and 2pm for cabins.
All guests will receive a text message with site/cabin number and link to map and guest information. Please check that link - or use the button below to review guest information.

In line with our peak payment policy any sites or rooms not paid for in full already will be charged to payment method on file today to allow arrivals at your own pace.

Cafe & Office
As you know we have a huge passion for supporting our locals and we hero our local produce across our usual cafe menu. Given the incredible program of events and food on we advocate for all guests to be a part and enjoy what's been put on around us.

For that reason, we'll be adding a few extra cafe hours and shortening some shifts as well.

If you see anything needing attention

With a full park brings a few extra challenges for our small team. With that in mind while we do our best to be everywhere at all times if you see anything that needs a bit of extra attention or another guest has made a mess between cleans please let us know so we can attend to that right away by texting us on 0483966766

Please note, the smaller ensuite block at northern end of park will have showers closed priodically today while we redo some ageing silicone this should only take a couple of hours to dry during middle of the day.
